If you are not entirely happy with your baby, I will
refund your money, less
total shipping and insurance fees (both ways),
Custom Fees (where applicable), &
15% handling charges on the adoption fee.
Buyer’s
remorse does not qualify for refunds.
Your funds cannot be kept ‘on hold’ or
transferred toward possible future purchases, and
will be refunded to you.
Returns are accepted on condition that you
contact me within 24 hours of baby’s arrival
with regard to the intention of returning the reborn
baby.
The reborn baby must be shipped back insured
within 48 hours of arrival in exactly the
original condition and packaging, including all
accessories.
All sales are considered final unless
contacted within 24 hours of baby’s arrival.
