If you are not entirely happy with your baby, I will
refund your money, less
total shipping and insurance fees (both ways) &
15% handling charges on the adoption fee.
Buyer’s
remorse does not qualify for refunds.
Your funds cannot be kept ‘on hold’ or
transferred toward possible future purchases, and
will be refunded to you.
Refunds will be made
via Electronic Fund Transfer
on receipt of the
package. Returns are accepted on condition that you
contact me within 24 hours of baby’s arrival
with regard to the intention of returning the reborn
baby.
The reborn baby must be shipped back insured
within 48 hours of arrival in exactly the
original condition and packaging, including all
accessories.
All sales are considered final unless
contacted within 24 hours of baby’s arrival.

at your own risk
& expense.
DELAYS (for
whatever reason)
in Shipping or Courier Services are beyond my
control. I CANNOT assume responsibility for such
delays, and no shipping
& handling refunds
will be made due to delayed deliveries.

responsible for tracking your parcel
via the Post Office / Speed Services / PostNet

If
it has been established, without
doubt,
and with sufficient proof,
that your parcel is
LOST IN
TRANSIT, and remains
UNDELIVERED
for up to
30 days from the date it has been sent via
the
*DesignaBabies Shipping Options, you will be refunded the full
total of
your
DesignaBabies
Invoice.
No refunds
will be made for parcels indicated by the Shipping
Agent as DELIVERED.
